An on-site program allows for the customization of the process utilizing classroom and/or blended learning methods that meet your organization’s specific needs. Participants will use the process to solve individual and team issues and capitalize on opportunities specific to your unique organizational situation. The program may be delivered by one of our expert facilitators or by your own in-house training professional who has completed our train-the-trainer program.

Training for Trainers

Our train-the-trainer program is designed to give training professionals all the support, experience, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver superior results. Certification may be attained as part of a customized on-sight program or by attended our public blended learning program. Trainers will experience our powerful development process first-hand, while learning to deliver Models for Management. In addition, trainers receive ongoing support, coaching, and customization consultation after the program to ensure the successful delivery of the process.

Public Programs

For individual managers or organizations that would like to send individuals (or smaller groups) through our process.

Public program options include:
- Our 9 week blended learning process which is now our most popular public workshop.
- Our week-long classroom workshop.

Evaluation Module

If you would like to evaluate our blended learning process, consider participating in an evaluation module. You will experience one module of the MFM process from beginning to end. Evaluate and test the process yourself at a greatly reduced tuition that will be applied to future MFM programs.
