- On average, learners spend 15 - 20 hours of total online learning time over a twelve (12) week period in a typical blended learning process.
- Participants set an average of 6 major goals and 20 related action steps of which an average of 68% are marked complete BEFORE the end of the program.
- Our participants boast a 94% eLearning completion rate.
Data collected for a one year period ending October 31, 2007.
How do we accomplish these industry leading results? First, by building our e-learning modules from the ground up around our superior content and proven leadership development and behavioral change processes. And second, by blending these online experiences with a powerful action-based facilitation process that takes the learning to the next level.
Our process keeps learners eager to learn more and focused on practicing what they learn at work and on the job.
