When decentralization and participant travel is not an issue, our classroom methodologies are a great choice.
Each module is set up for half-day work-sessions, utilizing group experiential exercises, video presentations, and facilitator input.
A typical module of MFM utilizing a classroom delivery method might look something like this:
- Participants may watch a video, complete a case study, or participate in a role play exercise.
- Break out into groups to solve issues concerning real-world problems and then present and discuss those solutions with the group.
- Learn, through facilitation and/or video presentation, management practices and leadership behaviors that might be employed to better manage and capitalize on the situations or opportunities presented.
- Score personal assessments and feedback instruments to compare one's "real-world" leadership practices against research-based and proven effective models of behavior.
- Re-examine the case or situation in light of new insight and awareness.
- Discuss and plan for the use of practical tools that can be used to practice more effective behaviors at work.
