Scenario and experiential based >>

Using uniquely designed case studies, group activities, video-based learning and interactive eLearning, participants study, at close range, under more systematic and less anxiety-producing conditions, the cause-and-effect relationships underlying both the effectiveness and the ineffectiveness of organizational systems and behaviors.

Visual models and a common language >>

Each module of MFM utilizes a visual-based model that helps participants visualize the cause-and-effect relationship between certain behaviors and their effectiveness while providing a common language for participants to use during facilitated sessions and back-home discussion with colleagues and team members.

Linkage >>

Through a unique process of contextualization, participants are able to clearly link this scenario-based learning to their own world of work.  Participants are consistently and systematically challenged to relate the learning to very specific challenges, opportunities, projects, and relationships within their own organizations and teams and to immediately test and apply more effective models to these challenges.
