We've all heard it before: "you can't manage it unless you measure it." Over a million people have completed our research-based and validated surveys. Each module includes a comprehensive behavioral assessment
process to benchmark participants against our database of leaders and
compare their own self-perception with the perception of others.
Participants will gain perspective and self-awareness at a whole new level. This awareness, coupled with targeted learning modules, help lead to new levels of insight and, consequently, more effective behaviors; closing the gap between average performance and high achieving results. Awareness Perspectives:
Why is awareness so important to the process? Managers' assumptions dictate their practices. The way leaders/managers think about and plan, the actions they see as desirable and feasible, all stem from their personal "theories" of management. MFM creates conditions under which participants become aware of these personal theories and of their impact on others - as well as more effective alternatives they might use. Such awareness becomes the basis for making enlightened choices, among identified options, in managerial or leadership behavior. |
