What's the difference between transformational development that produces tangible and measurable business results and less effective event-based training? The difference comes down to one thing...ACTION!
MFM is focused on helping participants take their new awareness and insight and transforming it into tangible, and results-based application and action. Awareness and effective learning are necessary to create the impetus for change and the knowledge-base to be more effective, but ACTION is what produces superior results. MFM introduces the following action-oriented tools and processed needed to transform learning into action and measurable results in a "learn-by-doing" process. Identification of Challenges and Opportunities >> Each module of MFM allows participants to identify their very unique and specific business goals, challenges, opportunities, and situations and relate them to the learning. Practical Tools >> Each module of MFM introduces very practical and easy to use tools, such as worksheets and planning tools that participants can use "on-the-job" to help apply new techniques to the challenges, and situations identified above. Goal Setting and Action Planning >> MFM introduces a proven goal setting process to help transform the learning into tangible and actionable plans of action used during the process. Participants also construct a Personal Development Plan that carries the application and practice of new behaviors well after the process is completed. Results-based Facilitation >> Finally, in a highly interactive and results-based facilitation process, a skilled facilitator helps guide participants through a discussion of new insight, awareness, strategies, behaviors, and real world application, while helping refine goals and action plans. In addition, these sessions help participants remain accountable for desired results as they report on the progress of their goals and action steps. The facilitator helps ensure participants are staying on track and putting the ideas, strategies, and tools to work on the job and with their respective teams. |
